Where we ship
We ship from Taiyuan, China, to most countries. Tracked couriers pick up on the dispatch day; you get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel is scanned.

Dispatch
In-stock fittings leave us within 2 business days. Made-to-order plaster and blown-glass pieces take about 5 days; the product page says which one you are ordering, and if something is delayed we email you before the promise date rather than after.
Duties and taxes — please read
Prices exclude import duties and taxes. Orders shipped outside China may be subject to duties or VAT charged by the destination country, payable by the recipient.
We declare the true value of goods on every customs form. We do not mark parcels as gifts, we do not under-declare value, and we do not ask you to declare a lower amount.
Tracking
You get a tracking link in the dispatch email. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show movement once the parcel leaves our warehouse, especially for long-haul lines.
Problems at delivery
If a parcel is stuck, lost or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with the order number and, for damage, a photo of the box and the fitting inside. We send a replacement without making you wait for the courier to conclude an investigation.
Address changes
Write to us before dispatch and we will change it. After dispatch we can usually reroute to a new address in the same country if the courier allows it; if not, the parcel comes back to us and we reship it at our cost.
